This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel at the reception were there at any hours. The beds have been cozy and the other guests were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly awesome hotel and excellent area. I Absolutely endorse Butler Arms Hotel!

Pretty nice and perfectly clean hotel. The location is excellent, precisely what we preferred. Beds ended up extremely cozy. There wasn’t a lot of the social environment but surely is good for a full night relaxation. I appreciated my days here enormously and will probably come again for my up coming come to Waterville.

Me and my lover stayed here for 5 nights to discovering the place. Butler Arms Hotel is located in a very central position, it is clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable! There is just one thing I’d personally suggest going forward and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Over-all, We were very happy with this place and would definitely suggest it to anyone looking to check out Waterville.

Great place, every little thing is very near. Team are tremendous pleasant and useful and speak excellent English. You will find activities every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are a bit noisy but that’s quite small. Fantastic quality for the price!
